With a 35+ year career as an entrepreneur, CEO, and enterprise creator, Manoj works with select companies interested in accelerating their growth as a strategic consulting partner.  

As a Founder, President, and CEO of MicroD, Manoj led MicroD, a premier eCommerce technology company in $300 Billion-year North American Home goods industry, and grew it multi-fold before successfully completing its sale to Revalize, a cloud-software platform Company with 9000+ customers worldwide for connecting manufacturers with their markets. In addition Manoj has founded and successfully ran two other technology companies.  


Manoj has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree (MS) in Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Clemson University. Manoj was an active member of Vistage International for 12 years, the largest group of CEOs in the world whose charter is to educate and bring successful leaders together to help make better decisions and drive the success of their businesses. He combines his entrepreneurial and executive business leadership experience with education in business and positive psychology to coach, advise and mentor entrepreneurs and business professionals to achieve their next level of performance.  

In addition to providing strategic consulting advisory to his clients, Manoj is a Strategic Partner with Trinity Investors, a Private Equity group. He is also a founder and President of Emlink Technologies, an India-based software and services outsourcing company, which works with US-based businesses seeking staff augmentation for their software and services needs.

Sean Stahl has 10 + years of experience specializing in Supply Chain Analytics.  He has helped companies succeed with their inventory management by focusing on inventory management fundamentals and implementing data analytics technologies.  Sean has worked in the Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Consumer Healthcare industries.  Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems and a MBA in Business Analytics.  He is an advanced user in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Python.

Karl has been with Air Centers of Florida as Senior Parts Manager since 2010. He is responsible for parts sales, inventory management, and the overall profitability of all parts departments for the air compressor companies under ACF. He has 30 years of experience in parts sales, inventory control, and warehouse management.
